And, along the way, streamline processes, improve productivity, cut costs and unlock new opportunities. In 2017, we scooped the Innovation in Fleet award from Fleet World Honours. So we must be doing something right.
An industry first
When we launched our telematics service, there were already lots of similar solutions on the market. But ours was the first to offer an end-to-end solution. Our technology allows us to gather, analyse and understand data in depth and was designed to work seamlessly with our core products – fleet management, accident management, service, maintenance and repair and risk management. We can pass this insight onto you and run your fleet smarter.
Pioneering paperless garages
Our technology transformation programme is replacing paper-based processes. We digitise all documents, giving our customers access to maintenance records at a click of a button. Our garages and technicians are all equipped with tablets, using our market-leading ‘Tech Tool’ app to review online bookings and provide real-time data analytics and instant online feedback back to the customer.

With more than 120,000 vehicles under management, we gather and monitor data from several sources including telematics, accident and maintenance data. By benchmarking key trends like fuel, part failures and total cost of ownership, we can give crucial insight for our customers.
