BT Fleet Solutions is demonstrating the breadth of its fleet management services to visitors at the CV (Commercial Vehicle) Show, on stand 5C15. The Fleet Solutions stand will showcase innovations in app technology, accident management, data insight and SMR, which help keep vehicles safely and profitably on the road.
Experts from across Fleet Solutions will be available to discuss fleet requirements and introduce some of the latest products and services – including a suite of time and cost-saving apps.
This includes the DVSA compliant Daily Vehicle Checker, which gives drivers an easy way to perform essential legislative checks. By digitising this routine, fleets get real-time access to make sure that vehicles are compliant. The app automatically sends information on defects to the Fleet Solutions booking system and displays that vehicle’s repair history.
In accident management, a new app takes drivers through vital reporting after an incident. By offering a simple framework for logging images and data such as driving conditions, speed, or third party and witness details, drivers can quickly send this information to the Fleet Solutions accident management team to assist with triage and diagnosis.
This is part of an exciting accident management offering to customers, designed to give customers a fast, cost-effective service. As well as more efficient management of repairs, the suite of accident management tools will include detailed data insight to track and resolve customer issues, and avoidance initiatives to reduce accidents.

The Fleet Solutions network includes 64 owned garages, over 500 preferred garages and more than 50 mobile SMR technicians.
